Position Overview: The Receptionist position is designed broadly to support the mission and the administrative aspects of Marino Campus by greeting, welcoming and directing students and visitors appropriately; notifying company personnel of visitor’s arrival and maintaining building security procedures. The position may also provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Education/Experience: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree from an accredited institution preferred; demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel; one or more years of experience working in an office as a receptionist with administrative support responsibilities; experience working with school-aged children or young adults with disabilities preferred.
