Hub2Connect is a program dedicated to supporting neurodivergent adults in achieving personal and professional goals. The program focuses on fostering connections, providing resources, and helping individuals build skills to thrive both in their personal lives and in
the workforce. It’s part of The Dan Marino Foundation’s initiative to offer tailored support and development opportunities for the neurodivergent community.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Have documentation of a disability.
- Successfully completed a post-secondary education program or maintained continuous employment for a minimum of 12 months.
Enrollment Process
Complete the Application
Fill out the online application form, providing your personal information and relevant details.
Submit Documentation
Provide the necessary documentation verifying your eligibility, including proof of
disability and employment or education history.
Determination
After reviewing your application and interview, you will receive a decision regarding your membership status. If approved, you will gain access to services. If not eligible, a resource list will be provided to help you explore other options.
Enrollment Packet Completion
Complete the necessary paperwork and forms to finalize your enrollment in the
program.
Membership Activation
Upon completion of the enrollment packet, your membership will be activated,
granting you full access to Hub2Connect’s programs, resources, and community.
